While thousands of battery has been sold without any major issues, we are committed in ensuring continual consumer interests and confidence in our replacement battery against any injury or damages that may be caused. Presently, we are providing 30 days *Equipment Warranty assurance in all battery product sold limited to the below conditions.
*EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
If your electronic equipment is damaged by an worcell.com product and if all of the remaining conditions specified below are met, worcell.com will at sole option, during the 30days period, replace the worcell.com product and either
(a) pay for the repair of the equipment or
(b) reimburse you for the fair market value, in an amount not to exceed the SGD$1000.00 dollar limits stated, if worcell.com determines that the damage was caused by the failure of the worcell.com product.
(c) Defective equipment will be shipped to factory laboratory for a comprehensive investigation before a final verdict could be claimed upon.
