We always keep our stock in healthy status but at times if an item is not in stock, we shall give an expected delivery date.
We will also call to confirm that you still need the product at the time of availability prior to shipping any back orders .
4. Returns and Refund
No Goods may be returned other than with the prior agreement in writing of the Company

Any Goods returned as 'unwanted' or 'incorrectly ordered' may at the discretion of the Company be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value of the Goods (subject to a minimum charge of $20.00)
5. Refurbishing Services
All battery sold at worcell.com are brand new and at times that replacement models are not available, we offer assistance to users in rebuilding their battery pack at nominal cost.
This is the process in which battery case are opened and dead cells being replaced with new higher capacity cells together with fresh programming to smart chipsets. All rebuild battery are fully guaranteed for performance though refilled cosmetics appearance may differ from original condition.
